This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected and processed by @wisitplace_bot, operated by Andrey Baranov (Owner), and how this data is used and protected. By using the Bot, you agree to this Policy.

The Bot collects and processes: • Telegram ID (for identification); • Username and display name; • Uploaded photos (for location recognition); • Usage statistics (time, request count, token stats).

Data is used to: • provide the main service — recognizing landmarks and locations from photos; • manage usage limits and history; • analyze and improve the service; • process payments via Telegram Stars.

All data is stored securely in PostgreSQL for up to 6 months after last activity, then deleted or anonymized.

To perform image recognition, the Bot may send data to: • Google Cloud Vision API; • Picarta API; • OpenAI API. Data is transmitted only for processing and not stored permanently by these services.

Payments for additional usage are processed via Telegram Stars. The Bot does not access or store any payment information.

Data is stored on secure servers accessible only by the Owner. Encryption (SSL/TLS) and access control are used.

Users may: • request deletion of their data by sending "delete data" to the Bot; • ask for a copy of stored data; • withdraw consent by ceasing to use the Bot.
